A: Yep. It’s the size of a standard credit card, so it slips right into your wallet or pocket.

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 days, and orders of $30 or more ship free.

Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Yep! Use the Custom Chug Card to add your own text or logo, or contact us about bulk orders for events, weddings, or brand promos.

Q: Do you have discounts for multiple cards?
A: Yes. 3+ cards save 20%, 5+ save 30%, and 10+ save 35%. The discount applies automatically at checkout, and you can mix designs.

Q: What if my card breaks?
A: Every card has a lifetime warranty. If it ever breaks, we replace it.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Personalized cards can’t be returned, but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll make it right. See our refund policy.
